Economic Development
The Warren County Career Center Adult and Community Education Full Service Center exists to provide high quality training for area business and industry and is a key component in the county’s economic development plans. We participate with area chambers of commerce and other area business groups to stay connected and current on the needs of our business community.

The WCCC Adult Education Department is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI) and is a member of the University System of Ohio.

Customized Training
Keeping employees current with technology and skills is vital to your success as a company. We can design and facilitate specific skill training programs for your employees – from computer training such as Microsoft Excel to industrial skills such as programmable logic controllers and welding. Any of the Career Enhancement/Part Time classes listed in this catalog can be offered exclusively for your employees at a time that works best for you.
Customized Employment Testing
Our expert assessment coordinator can provide pre-employment testing, promotional testing, pre-training testing, skills assessments, WorkKeys System, Myers/Briggs personality testing, DiSC behavioral testing and KeyTrain skills upgrades. Use our objective evaluations to help you with job profiling, skills assessments and instructional support.
A Source of New Employees
Graduates of WCCC Job Training Programs are certified in their occupational areas by both local and national certifying agencies. Our placement office can help arrange interviews and provide resumes for students who are about to complete their training. Contact us for information on available students. Adult Education students complete programs at various times throughout the calendar year.

Facilities Utilization
The WCCC has a number of facilities that are available for business meetings, seminars, training and other special events on a fee for service basis.
