WCCC Alumnus Responds, Helps Save Life

Warren County Career Center is very proud of 2011 Fire Science Alum Levi Dalton, whose quick thinking helped save a young life. He happened to be driving by as an emergency was happening at his neighbor’s house. Harper Long, 17 months, was accidentally trapped between couch and wall when her brother found her, not responsive. As the father ran outside holding Harper, Levi saw them and sprang into action. Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy Andy Grossenbaugh responded to the 911 call, and the two of them took Harper to the hospital, where her life was saved.
