AutoCAD Basic – AutoCAD 2020

AutoCAD Basic Level is an introduction to basic computer-aided drafting. Emphasis is placed on drawing setup, creating and modifying geometry, storing and retrieving predefined shapes, placing, rotating, and scaling objects, adding text and dimensions, using layers, coordinate systems, as well as input and output devices.

PRE-REQUISITES: The candidate should have a working understand of fundamental PC software in a related occupational operation and interview with the Program Coordinator.

AutoCAD Advanced – AutoCAD 2020
54 Hours

This course is a continuation of practices and techniques used in the basic computer-aided drafting with emphasis on complex dimensioning techniques, the development and use of prototype drawings, construction of pictorial drawings and customizing of menus.
PRE-REQUISITE: AutoCAD Basic or work experience with AutoCAD Basic.

Autodesk Revit Architecture
Revit Architecture for BIM helps architects and designers develop higher-quality, more accurate architectural designs. Revit has specific tools to help you capture and analyze concepts and maintain your vision through design, documentation and construction. You can use new energy analysis capabilities to help improve design decisions, shape the terrain for building sites, convey site planning concepts to engineers, and get a deeper understanding of how a project works before it is built using 3D visualizations.

Tuition $995, includes all textbooks, handouts and on-site computers for use in class.
