Just as the employer's reputation and ultimate success are built on the quality of the products and services provided to their customers, Warren County Career Center’s reputation depends on the excellence of our programs and the on-the-job performance of our graduates. And just as highly reputable companies stand behind their products, we have so much confidence in the quality of our programs and the abilities of our graduates that we are willing to be accountable to the employers we serve. We therefore make the following pledge to our student's employer:
"Warren County Career Center graduates hired by your company through the campus placement program will perform satisfactorily in the guaranteed competency areas certified in their Career Passport. If at any time during the first year on the job, the employee fails to perform satisfactorily in any of the guaranteed competency areas, we will retrain the employee at no cost to you."
