Warren County Career Center is a High Schools That Work site. This school-improvement initiative incorporates setting higher expectations for students and increasing access to intellectually challenging career-technical studies, with a major emphasis on using high-level mathematics, science, language arts and problem-solving skills in the modern workplace and in preparation for continued learning.

WCCC participates in the Miami Valley Tech Prep Consortium and the Greater Cincinnati Tech Prep Consortium. Tech Prep programs offer 2 + 2 + 2 career pathways with two years in a high school career-technical training field, two years in an associate degree program and an additional two years working toward a bachelors degree at colleges and universities. Articulated credits and scholarships are two of the benefits of participation in Tech Prep.
