Cosmetology
The Cosmetology Program will equip you with a comprehensive skill set and hands-on experience that will serve you well in your future career in the cosmetology industry.
The Cosmetology Program provides a wide variety of skills including cutting, styling, permanent waving and coloring hair. Students explore additional aspects of cosmetology including manicures, pedicures, facials and makeup application. To prepare students to take the state board-certified cosmetologist test, they study human anatomy and physiology.
Students enrolled in cosmetology gain hands-on experience working on real-life people in the newly renovated WCCC salon and are trained on Pivot Point International™ content. Their practical experience is further enhanced by learning the latest techniques from industry experts and regular guest speakers.
