Dental Assisting
The Dental Assisting Program teaches students to work with patients and a team of other health professionals to deliver quality dental care. Students learn general dental assisting skills, including patient interaction, preparing dental restorative materials, identifying and using dental instruments as well as dental terminology. The cutting edge lab is designed with equipment where students can put chair-side theory to practice.
Job shadowing is included to gain exposure to working in dental offices.

HOSA is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services and several federal and state agencies.
