The Sports and Exercise Science Program provides a strong foundation in health, nutrition and wellness theory, injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques and weight management.

Students explore what it takes to work with and motivate others in a sports management capacity and will plan and facilitate customized exercise programming. Students participate in job shadowing and internship opportunities at area health and sports facilities.
