New Portal for WCCC Adult Students

online screen

Registering for a Warren County Career Center Adult Education course, paying tuition and checking grades just got easier with a new student portal. The site is linked from the Adult Education home page in the right-hand column. Click on Start Here to begin.

It takes just a few minutes to fill out the online form with name and contact information and to register for an information session, the first step to registration. Prospective students are strongly encouraged to attend the information session to speak with program coordinators, financial aid and student services representatives, and tour the facility. Sessions are held on the first and third Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.

Students ready to register for a specific program can complete the full registration online form, pay a $30 non-refundable fee, and register for the WorkKeys exam. The exam is a placement test that is used to assess the student’s abilities to ensure he or she will be successful.

Once the assessment, enrollment and financial documents are in place, students begin their programs and can use the portal to check their grades and attendance and pay tuition.
